Thank you for shopping at Gym Sinner. We really hope you love your Gym Sinner purchase but if you are not happy with your Gym Sinner purchase, for whatever reason and need to arrange a return, please reach out to us at returns@gymsinner.co.uk.
If there is a problem with your order, delivery or any items in your order, you have 21 days to contact us. If we do not hear from you within 21 days of receiving your item(s) we will assume everything is OK with your order. If you contact us after 21 days of receiving your item(s) we may not be able to help.

Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to arrange a return. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all labels and tags still attached and, when possible, in their original packaging.
Failure to meet these conditions could result in your return being declined, and the items returned to you.
Returns Process
To return an item, simply email us at returns@gymsinner.co.uk stating your order details/order number/full name and address and stating which item(s) you wish to return. We will then email you a prepaid Royal Mail postage label. Place the item(s) you wish to return securely into the original packaging (this helps us be sure of the size and weight for the return postage) Attach the label to the bag and that’s it. Take your return to any Post Office, Royal Mail Parcel Locker or any Collect+ point.
