Thank you for shopping at Gym Sinner. We really hope you love your Gym Sinner purchase but if you are not happy with your Gym Sinner purchase, for whatever reason and need to arrange a return, please reach out to us at returns@gymsinner.co.uk

If there is a problem with your order, delivery, or any items in your order you have 21 days to contact us. If we do not hear from you within 21 days of receiving your item(s) we will assume everything is ok with your order. If you contact us after 21 days of receiving your item(s) we may not be able to help.

Refund Policy

To return an item, simply email us at returns@gymsinner.co.uk stating your order details. (Your order number, full name, and the address that your Gym Sinner item(s) were delivered to, your contact email address, and your mobile phone number). We will then email you a prepaid returns label for you to stick to your parcel. The label is valid for 7 days, meaning you will then have 7 days to take the parcel to a Post Office, Royal Mail Collect+ point, or a Royal Mail Parcel Locker. Drop-off locations can be found on the Royal Mail website. Click on ‘Services Near You”, type in your postcode, and choose which service you would like to use to return the item. You will then be given a list of locations where the return can be dropped off. Please fill in the returns form that arrived with your item(s) and place it back into the original packaging with the item(s) you wish to return. Securely package your item(s) and stick your prepaid returns label on the front.

Return postage charges will be paid for by us.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the returned item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items such as underwear garments, including socks.

For defective/damaged products, please contact us at contactus@gymsinner.co.uk and we will arrange a refund/exchange.

Please Note:
* Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
* When possible, please try to return the item(s) in the original packaging. Not only does it help cut down on waste but it helps us be sure of the size and weight of the parcel for return postage.
